Transport Please make sure you have a flat surface in your car to transport your cake.

Most cakes will fit on the front floorboard of the passenger seat. Larger cakes will need to travel in the boot of the car.

Please avoid putting it on a slanted car seat or any area with a slant, we do not recommend someone holding the cake, placing it on the floorboard is the best option. Keep the cake cool and away from direct sunlight.

Do not leave of our cakes and cupcakes in the car for longer than it takes fro you reach your destination.

When carrying or transporting your cake, please place both hands underneath the cake to support the cake and the board, don’t squeeze the sides of the box because the frosting may stick to the box.

If you will be traveling with your cake after you take it home, we recommend keeping it refrigerated so the cake will be nice and firm for travel and of course, drive carefully and avoid slamming your brakes or turning sharply.


Pick up or delivery are best done during cooler times of the day/or in a very cool, air conditioned car (this does not matter during the winter season). Make sure you have enough room in your car and a clean level space available.


We recommend all of our cakes to be refrigerated, if you don’t have enough space please place the cake in a cool area away from heat (DO NOT place the cake in the balcony or garden).

When placing your cake in the fridge, please be aware that your cake will more than likely pick up the scent and flavour of any onion, garlic or other strong smelling items in your refrigerator, please keep it away from these items if possible.

Remove cake from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature to develop best flavour and texture (please allow 1.5/2+ hours if possible). Tiered cakes take longer to warm up, so let sit at least 2+ hours before serving. Keep cakes away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, as they may fade or melt. Store leftover cake in refrigerator or freezer (Red Velvet, Carrot, and cakes with Cream Cheese Frosting should stay refrigerated up to 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving)

All our cakes are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are used. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.

Fondant figures and other decorations are very delicate, don’t touch them if possible, once the cake is delivered or picked up, all responsibility belongs to the client.
